QUALITY SYSTEM
There is quality system, operating in the laboratory “Alzida”.
It is formalized in the documents and involves all spheres of
company’s practice. The system ensures our activity to be right
and of high quality.
Quality system policy is oriented towards correct and well –
timed testing fulfilment, towards presentation of equitable results.
PURPOSES OF THE QUALITY SYSTEM POLICY:
- to meet the requirements of the EN ISO/IEC 17025;
- to fulfil clients’ expectations;
- to better constantly activity of the laboratory;
- to better the quality system;
- to heighten constantly the qualification of the staff;
- to allow the staff to work steadily;
- to encourage employees to be proactive and creative.
